The applications set out in the Schedule below are required to be given wider publicity and public comment is invited.
Copies of the applications can be viewed on-line at https://www.nelincs.gov.uk/
The reason for publicising each application is indicated after the application number as follows:-

DM/0762/26/FULA Demolish existing lean-to garage to side, repair existing external cladding, retain and replace existing windows and door with both UPVC and painted timber 155 Humberston Fitties, Humberston-(20)
DM/0765/26/FULA Replace first floor existing timber windows and ground floor single door to front elevation with woodgrain textured UPVC windows and door 20 Osprey Drive, Great Coates-(12)
