The following Proposals are the subject of an application submitted to the Council.

26/02296/FP - Land At: Princes Mews, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 9BL - Erection of six terraced dwellings with associated parking and private amenity areas.

Proposal Affecting A Listed Building Or A Building Of Special Architectural Or Historic Interest
26/02386/LBC – Greenbury, London Road, Barley Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 8JF - Rethatch in long straw including replacing block pattern ridge with a flush ridge.

26/02399/LBC - Sun Hill Cottage, 3 Sun Hill, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 9AU - Replace existing timber front door with a new purpose-made timber door closely matching the existing except for introducing slimlite double-glazing to top panels.

26/02398/LBC - Sun Hill Cottage, 3 Sun Hill, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 9AU - Replace 6no. timber casement windows (3no. front dormer windows and 3no. on side elevation) with timber, double-glazed casements with like-for-like glazing pattern and method of opening.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
