26/02059/FP - Land In Front Of: 29 Eastcheap, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3DA - Installation of freestanding internally illuminated digital display screens (global street hub unit).

26/02392/FP - Land South Of: 14 High Street, Graveley, Hertfordshire, SG4 7LB - Erection of one detached self-build dwelling including parking, cycle store, bin store, Air Source Heat Pump, alterations to ground levels and soft and hard landscaping.

26/02448/FPH - Ingle Nook, East Street, Lilley, Luton, Hertfordshire, LU2 8LW - Erection of single storey rear orangery style extension following demolition of existing conservatory.

Proposal Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building
26/02364/FP - Lower Titmore Farm, Lower Titmore Green, Little Wymondley, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 7JT - Change of use and conversion of barn to provide one residential dwelling including alterations to fenestration and installation of hardstanding.

Proposal Constituting Major Development
26/02528/OP - Land Off: Holwell Road, West Lane, Pirton, Hertfordshire, SG5 3QP - Outline planning application (all matters reserved) for 30 residential dwellings, associated landscaping and biodiversity net gain.

Notification Of Application For Prior Approval
26/02502/PNMA- Regal House, 54A Bancroft, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 1LL - Conversion of second floor office Space from Class E Office use to C3 residential use to create two 1-bedroom flats.

The application details can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.north-herts.gov.uk/home/planning. Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For household applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
