An Outline planning application for a residential development of up to 280 dwellings, construction of new vehicular and pedestrian access and associated works including infrastructure, open space, landscaping and drainage attenuation on land North of Stoke Road, Newton Leys. As part of this the views of local people are being sought on the proposals.
A public consultation website has been created which gives information on the proposal and provides an opportunity to discuss and give feedback.
