PUBLIC FOOTPATHS, BOLSOVER No 30 & 31
PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above order was made on 14TH October 2026.The effect of the order will be to divert the footpath described in Schedule 1 to this notice as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Bolsover Disitrct Council offices The Arc High Stret Clowne Derbyshire S43 4JY from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £10
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Director of Governance and Legal Services & Monitoring Officer Bolsover District Council, The Arc High Stret Clowne Derbyshire S43 4JY not later than 20th November 2026. Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Bolsover District Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.

The whole width of Public Footpath, Bolsover No 31 commencing at Grid Reference 44775, 37085 (Point C on the plan) and running in an east-north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 177 metres Grid Reference 44791, 37091 (Point D on the plan), then in an east-south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 34 metres to Grid Reference 44794, 37089 (Point E on the plan)

Public Footpath, 2 metres wide throughout its length, commencing at Grid Reference 44758, 37074 Point A on the plan) and running in an east-south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 59 metres to Grid Reference 44763, 37073 (Point F on the plan) then heading north-north-easterly for a distance of approximately 59 metres to Grid Reference 44765, 37079 (Point G on the plan) before turning and again running in an east-south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 70 metres to Grid Reference 44771, 37077 (Point H on the plan). Here the path turns and runs in a generally north-north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 60 metres to Grid Reference 44774, 37082 (Point I on the plan).

Public Footpath, 2 metres wide throughout its length, commencing at Grid Reference 44774, 37082 (Point I on the plan) and running in a west-north-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 3 metres to Grid Reference 44774, 37083 (Point J on the plan) then running north-north-easterly for a distance of approximately 94 metres Grid Reference 44777, 37091 (Point K on the plan). Here the path turns and runs in an east-south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 5 metres to Grid Reference 44778, 37091 (Point L on the plan) before continuing in a north-north-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 16 metres to Grid Reference 44778, 37093 (Point M on the plan) where it turns and runs in an east-south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 134 metres to Grid Reference 44791, 37089 (Point N on the plan). It then continues in an east-south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 26 metres to its junction with Elmton Lane at Grid Reference 44793, 370880 (Point O on the plan).
