Notification of an Application for Planning Permission within the Oval Conservation Area.

Proposed Development At: 15 And 15A The Oval, Sidcup, Kent.

I give notice that application is being made by Ms N Mustafa to THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY COUNCIL for planning permission for:-

Erection of a single storey rear extension following demolition of existing stock rooms and conversion of roof space including rear dormer extension and rooflights to front roof slope to a provide self-contained studio flat including continuation of the external stair access to serve the new upper-floor accommodation.
