PL/11469 Gosod tap allanol yn wal frisblociau yr ysgubor sy'n gysylltiedig wrth ymyl y pwynt gwerthu cerbydau trydan. Bydd y tap yn cysylltu trwy'r wal frisblociau o'r bibell ddwr bresennol yn yr ysgubor sy'n gysylltiedig. (gweler Atodiad 1, lluniau 1 a 2; Atodiad 2: cynllun llawr, ac Atodiad 3: Gweddluniau pwynt 1). Adfer y gegyn yn yr ystafell grom ar chwith blaen y ty (ystafell dderbyn ar hyn o bryd). Bydd angen twll trwy wal fewnol ar gyfer dwr i mewn ac allan ar gyfer y sinc a'r peiriant golchi llestri (gweler Atodiad 1: lluniau 3 a 4). Bydd y twll hwn yn cael ei osod wrth ymyl pibellau'r rheiddiadur presennol i gadw estheteg yr ystafell. Bydd y dwr allan yn cysylltu â'r draen agosaf o fewn llawr y bloc toiledau. Mae hyn yn gofyn am ffos bas yn llawr y bloc toiledau (mae ganddo deils modern) (gweler Atodiad 1: llun 5 ac Atodiad 2: cynllun llawr). Nid yw'r gwaith pibellau hwn yn newid unrhyw un o weddluniau blaen, ochr na chefn y ty, gan y bydd yn cysylltu â draeniau'r bloc toiledau ar gyfer Tamar Wildwing ar gyfer Glan Bran Arms, Cynghordy, Llanymddyfri, SA20 0LG

PL/11469 Installing an outside tap in the breeze block wall of the attached barn next to the EV charging point. The tap will connect through the breeze block wall from the existing water pipe in the attached barn. (see Appendix 1, photos 1 and 2; Appendix 2: floor plan, and Appendix 3: Elevations point 1). Reinstating the kitchen in the curved room at the front left of the house (currently a reception room). A hole through an internal wall will be required for water in and out for the sink and dishwasher (see Appendix 1: photos 3 and 4). This hole will be placed next to the existing radiator pipes to preserve the aesthetics of the room. The water out will connect to the nearest drain within the toilet block floor. This requires a shallow trench in the toilet block floor (has modern tiles) (see Appendix 1: photo 5 and Appendix 2: floor plan). This pipe work does not alter any of the front, side or rear elevation of the house, as it will connect to the toilet block drains for Tamar Wildwing for Glan Bran Arms, Cynghordy, Llandovery, SA20 0LG
