The Council has received the following applications for Listed Building Consent (L), Conservation Area Consent (C) or planning applications for major developments and/or which may be a departure from the Development Plan (D) or which affects a public right of way (PRW). • 0/53634 Change of use from B2/B8 (general industrial/storage and distribution) to D2 (assembly and leisure) to accommodate an indoor padel tennis facility comprising four courts with associated reception, café, changing and welfare facilities - Unit 1a, Mochdre Commerce Park, Ty Gwyn Road, Mochdre, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL28 5HX (D).
