PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC INFORMATION EVENT
Proposal: Proposed site for industrial/storage units (Use classes B2 and B4) and associated road improvement works.
Location: Lands to the east of 31 Chancellors Road and 55m to the southwest of 5 Carnagat Lane.
A public consultation event will take place on Thursday 5th November 2026 from 3pm to 7pm at the Canal Court Hotel, Merchants Quay, Newry BT35 8HF.

The public consultation website will be available for a minimum of 28 days and will go live on Wednesday 21st October 2026 and the online feedback facility within the project website will close at 5pm on Friday 20th November 2026.
