NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES CONSENT
I give notice that Egdon Resources U.K. Limited is applying to North Lincolnshire Council for hazardous substances consent for storage and use of Crude Oil at Wressle Wellsite, Lodge Farm, Clapp Gate, Appleby, Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, DN15 0DB.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application either at North Lincolnshire Council, Church Square House, 30- 40 High Street, Scunthorpe during all reasonable hours (9:00am to 4:00pm), or at www.northlincs.gov.uk from 11th November 2026 (the intended date of submission) by 1st December 2026.
Any member of the public who wishes to make representations about this application should write to North Lincolnshire Council, Development Management, Operations, Church Square House, 30-40 High Street, Scunthorpe, DN15 6NL by 1st December 2026 or submit a comment on the Council’s website.
