THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
(1) A Departure from development plans
(2) A Major Development
(3) Affects a Conservation Area
• Beech House, Main Road A1064, Fleggburgh; Retrospective change of use of Agricultural land to garden/amenity land for the existing house for the siting of 10 no. ground-based photovoltaic panels. Application No. 06/26/0752/CU (1)
• Land South of Bosgate Rise, Bosgate Rise, Martham; Proposed development of 128 dwellings (Class C3), together with associated works including highways infrastructure, landscaping and open space. Application No. 06/26/0686/F (2)
• 1 Howard Street North, Great Yarmouth; Proposed change of use and subdivision to create Managers flat for the retail shop at ground floor. Application No. 06/26/0583/CU (3)
