(LONGHOPE PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C34 Church Road from outside of the property known as ‘Courtleet’ to outside of the property known as ‘The Coach House’ for a distance of approximately 170 metres. The reason for the closure is for works to carriageway.
The road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 28th October 2026 until 18:00hrs on 29th October 2026. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C5 ROAD FROM JUNCTION AT
WOODSIDE TO JUNCTION AT WOODSIDE ROAD
(WOOLASTON PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C5 Road from the junction at Woodside to the junction at Woodside Road from outside of the property known as ‘Woodside House’ to the junction adjacent to the property known as ‘High View’ for a distance
of approximately 100 metres.
The reason for the closure is for new water connection works.
The road is expected to be closed from 27th October 2026 until 29th October 2026. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

(AWRE PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the C25 Awre Road from outside of the property known as ‘Well Cottage’ to a point 70 metres East of Well Cottage
for a total distance of approximately 70 metres.
The reason for the closure and restrictions is for works on behalf of Network Plus. There will be no waiting, stopping, or loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.
The road is expected to be closed and restricted between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs on 28th October 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400187 Pine Tree Way from outside the property known as ‘Amberley’ to outside the property known as ‘Amber Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 125 metres. The reason for the closure is for new water connection works.
The road is expected to be closed from 29th October 2026 until 31st October 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH RWD33
(WEST DEAN PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council Has Made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) the Public Footpath RWD33 from its junction with the B4234 in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 185 metres.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst geotechnical investigations take place.
The Order will come into force on the 19th October 2026 and it is anticipated that the Public Footpaths will close on that day until 11th December 2026. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to six months or until the said
works have been completed, whichever is sooner After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

Notice is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council in exercise of its enabling powers under Section 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes to introduce a 30mph speed limit, which is detailed in Schedule 1 below, and introduce a 40mph speed limit detailed in Schedule 2 below.

The reason for the closure and restriction is for ditching and pipe repairs; There will be no waiting, stopping, or loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The reason for the closures is for Geotechnical monitoring.
The said road is expected to be closed from 9th November 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
