What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
2026/0615/FUL
Lincoln Cathedral Centre, 17 Minster Yard: Change of use of 5 units to form a boutique shop, support and resource, and offices (use class E) (Retrospective)
2026/0635/LBC
4 Christs Hospital Terrace: External alterations including repair and reinstatement of entrance steps, railings, gate and boundary walls, including replacement of concrete steps with stone steps, replacement of modern copings with stone copings, and associated masonry repairs. (Listed Building Consent)
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
