These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.

This application is a departure from the Development Plan, affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area and affects the setting of a Grade I Registered Park and Garden -

P26/1033 – The Occupier for Demolition of Existing Wardens Base and erection of single storey Warden’s base with Educational Facilities, Toilets and Café, provision of New Play Area and reconfiguration of Parking layout at Wardens Office, Leasowes Park, Leasowes Lane, Halesowen, B62 8DH
P26/1262 – The Occupier for Listed Building Consent to replace existing door with new door and supply new historically accurate vertical bar railing with tapered blunt finials, flat cross bars and round posts at Sedgley Beacon at Beacon Hill, Beacon Lane, Sedgley, DY3 1NB
