A/26/101520/FULL Golborne Congregational School Corner Of Tanners Lane High Street Golborne. Replacement of 3 timber doors and 34 timber windows with UPVC doors and windows. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
