Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been submitted to the Council. The Codes are as follows:
CONLB Conservation Area and Listed Building
M/26/01302/FUL M/26/01301/LB Tenbury CP CONLB Proposed change of use and external alterations to form a commercial unit (Class E) in the north half of the ground floor and one self-contained unit of residential accommodation in the remainder, including installation of solar panels to the rear east facing roof slope, erection of external bin and cycle store and alterations to boundary railings to facilitate one off road parking space and pedestrian gate.
