Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for: Proposed installation of replacement heating plant (Air Source Heat Pump) and installation of Solar PV panels on rear roof at Chapter House, Carmelite Way, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5FX – CC/MAL/71/26.
Chapter House is situated within Maldon Conservation Area.
The proposal may affect the setting of WALLS FORMING EASTERN GARDEN BOUNDARY TO THE FRIARY which is a Grade II Listed Building – 0.28 metres away.
The proposal may affect the setting of STABLE/OUTHOUSE BLOCK APPROXIMATELY 10 METRES NORTH EAST OF FRIARY EAST AND GATE WITH IRON PIER which is a Grade II Listed Building – 16.20 metres away.
The proposal may affect the setting of THE FRIARY (EAST) AND ATTACHED YARD WALLS TO NORTH WEST which is a Grade II Listed Building – 20.21 metres away.
The proposal may affect the setting of THE FRIARY (WEST) which is a Grade II Listed Building – 49.15 metres away.
Footpath 32 Maldon may be affected by the proposal – 1.33 metres away.
