26/01030/LBBAS Great Chalvedon Hall Rectory Road Pitsea Basildon Localised roof repairs, including replacement battens and membrane, reuse of existing tiles and matching replacements where required. Internal roof strengthening with plywood sheathing, timber cross-bracing and associated metal fixings. Dismantling of the side elevation chimney to wallplate level and rebuilding to match existing, using salvaged and matching replacement bricks in lime mortar, including a new flue liner and flaunching.
