The following Proposals are the subject of an application submitted to the Council.

26/02409/FPH — Yew Tree House, Police Row, Therfield, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 9PN - Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing detached garage. Erection of gabled dormer to rear roof slope. Insertion of first floor rear full-length windows and rear 2nd floor window in existing gable end.

26/01220/LBC — 16 Melbourn Street, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 7BZ - Single storey extension to existing west elevation. Installation of replacement timber fence with inset gate to existing north elevation and estate fencing gate. Internal and external alterations. (Development already carried out).
Proposal Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building And Affecting A Conservation Area
26/01219/FP — 16 Melbourn Street, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 7BZ - Single storey extension to existing west elevation. Installation of replacement timber fence with inset gate to existing north elevation and estate fencing gate. Installation of timber posts to support festoon lighting following removal of existing terrace canopy structure. (Development already carried out).

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
