Proposal Constituting Major Development, Subject To An Environmental Statement And Affecting Setting Of Listed Building
26/02363/RM — Highover Farm, Highover Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0RQ - Construction of Phase 2b: Icknield Linear Park East/Dane Walk comprising open space, landscaping and footpath/cycleway provision in accordance with condition 3 of 18/01154/OP (and the associated discharge of condition 11).

Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
