Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/01435: Tanners Hatch Independent Hostel Off Ranmore Common Road Dorking Surrey RH5 6BE: Exterior works including replacement of exterior finish, replacement of concrete walkways around the exterior, and repairs to chimneys, windows and window sills.
MO/2026/01440: 6 FOREST GREEN FARM MILL LANE FOREST GREEN RH5 5SJ: To replace 3 No. windows with a bi-fold door.
MO/2026/01451: PIXHAM SCHOOL (ST MARTINS), ANNEXE PIXHAM LANE PIXHAM DORKING RH4 1PQ: Conversion of former school into 2 No. dwellings with associated parking and landscaping. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www. molevalley.gov.uk.
