Notice is hereby given that Matthew Charles Connell intends to apply to Horsham District Council for planning permission / a Lawful Development Certificate in respect of land directly between Harwood Road, and:
1 Belloc Court, Horsham, RH13 6SF for the following proposed development/use:
Change of use of an area of currently unused and overgrown land to residential garden (use incidental to the adjoining dwelling), including the extension of the existing rear garden boundary to incorporate the land.
The ownership of all or part of the land to which the application relates is unknown despite reasonable enquiries.
Any person who considers themselves to be the owner of the land, or who has an interest in the land, should contact Horsham District Council, Planning Department via
Representations regarding the application may also be made to Horsham District Council within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice.
