Proposed development at The Paddock, Land East of Robin Post Lane, Hailsham, BN27 3RA. I give notice that Cross Stone Properties Ltd c/o dowsettmayhew Planning Partnership is applying to Wealden District Council for outline planning application (with all matters reserved, except access) for the construction of 9 detached self-build/custom build dwellings and associated access and infrastructure work. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, or visit our website https://planning.wealden.gov.uk Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Environmental Services quoting the above application reference number no later than 30 October 2026.
