Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Gedling Borough Council for the following:-
Plan No : 2026/0655
Location : Friar Tuck Gedling Road Arnold Nottinghamshire
Proposal : Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a 51 no. apartment retirement living development (Use Class C3), landscaping, car parking and associated works (Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 2025/0870 to allow for minor changes to the design of the building, increase in number of parking spaces, introcudtion of new brickwork boundary wall and alterations to the location of substation and bin store)
A copy of this application and documents submitted with it may be inspected at the Planning and Environment Department, Civic Centre, Arnot hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham during normal working hours, or on the Council's website at http://www.gedling.gov.uk. during the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice.
Any person who wishes to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing to the undersigned within the same period.
