Location: Alice Billings House, 2 - 12 West Ham Lane, Stratford, London, E15 4SF - Section 73 application for the removal of Condition 11 (Control of Odour and Noise from Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems) attached to planning permission ref. 24/01956/FUL dated 15.11.2024 which granted planning permission for:
"Refurbishment of North Block and Courtyard, and non-listed South Block roof, to be fitted out as affordable artist studios, with a publicly accessible cafe facility and exhibition gallery. The proposal includes the demolition of an existing infill building in the Courtyard, and its replacement with a new single storey pavilion, to be used as exhibition gallery and education space."
(Application site is a Grade II Listed Building, within the setting of Grade II Listed Buildings including West Ham Court House, Education Offices and Northern Block and Courtyard Walls of Alice Billings House, and is located within the Stratford St Johns Conservation Area).
