Notice is hereby given that Boston Borough Council intends to dispose of the following area of open space by way of a lease at market rent in order to support the promotion of community participation in healthier recreation:
Land off Sleaford Road, Boston
The area of land may be considered to be open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 for which public notice of the intended disposal must be given.
Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Property Team, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR or by email to:
by no later than 12:00pm noon on 5th November 2026. The grounds for any objection should be stated.
