Great Yarmouth Borough Council has received the following planning application for development in the Borough, which is hereby advertised.
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (Article 15).
THE PROPOSAL BELOW IS ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
(1) Affects the setting of a Listed Building
• The Kings Arms, Main Road, Fleggburgh; Application for retrospective permission for installation of shepherd’s hut to provide accommodation for up to 2 guests. Application No. 06/23/0543/F (1)
Please email all representations to plan@great-yarmouth.gov.uk by no later than 30th October quoting the application number.
All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the Councils website, and will be referred to the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.
