What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
2026/0607/FUL: Land Off Wragby Road (Formally 300 Wragby Road): Erection of restaurant with drive thru (Use Class E) and associated parking.
2026/0584/FUL & 2026/0585/LBC: Westgate Water Tower, Chapel Lane: Removal of 3 no. existing antennas and installation of 6 no. replacement antennas mounted on new support poles, together with associated equipment and ancillary works.
2026/0624/FUL: Fosse House, Hykeham Road: Erection of a care home (Use Class C2), together with vehicular and pedestrian access, parking, landscaping and biodiversity enhancement, drainage and other associated works.
2026/0558/LBC: 192 High Street: Internal alterations to facilitate new shop fit out. (Listed Building Consent)
2026/0609/FUL: Greenleaves, Church Lane: Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of a 1 1/2 storey dwelling. (Revised description)
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
