NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications
1) Alterations to existing conservatory roof, with associated alterations to existing side elevations at 7 Latham Close Darenth Kent (Application Reference: DA/26/01129/FUL) which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
2) Change of use from gym to flat with rear and side infill extension with alterations to rear elevation windows and door at 52 Kent Road Dartford Kent which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/26/01103/FUL)
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and accompanying documents at the Council offices, Civic Centre, Home Gardens, Dartford DA1 1DR during normal office hours and on our website at www.dartford.gov.uk (https://publicaccess.dartford.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do). Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 25 days of the publication of this notice to the Development Manager using the Public Access system on our website.
