Proposed development at Land at Houghton Green Lane, Playden, Rye, TN31 7UL.
I give notice that Wedgewood Homes is applying to the Rother District Council for Full planning permission for the erection of residential dwellings together with associated access, open space and landscaping.
Any owner or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Rother District Council Strategy and Planning Town Hall Bexhill on Sea TN39 3JX by 30th October 2026.
Statement of owners’ rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
