Notice of Public Path Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Section 257 Powys County Council:

The Powys County Council (Part of Public Footpath 45 in the Community of Bausley with Criggion) Public Path Diversion Order 2026

The above order was made on 28/09/2026. The effect of the order will be to divert the footpath over land west of Oakland, Crew Green, Shrewsbury SY5 9AS running from OS Grid ref SJ3316,1532 to SJ3316,1544 to a line running from SJ3312,1533 to SJ3314,1542 and then to SJ3316,1544 as shown on the Order map.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent in writing to rights.of.way@powys.gov.uk or Mrs C Lewis, Countryside Access & Recreation, Powys County Council, County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5LG, not later than 6 November 2026. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Powys County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
