I give notice that: Downs Farm Estates Ltd c/o Dandara Southern Ltd, is applying to EPSOM AND EWELL BOROUGH COUNCIL.
For planning Permission: for 'Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access) for the erection of up to 500 dwellings (Use Class C3) including affordable housing with associated access, public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage systems and associated works, together with land safeguarded for potential SEND provision'.
Any owner* or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: The Council at: Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY, within 21 days of this notice.
NB "owner" also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years.
