Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/1225/FUL/MV: Aragon, Aragon Coach House, And Aragon Cottage, Aldenham Road, Letchmore Heath, Watford. Extensions to the existing dwelling Aragon Cottage; new detached garage for Aragon Coach House; reconfiguration of residential plots at Aragon, Aragon Coach House, and Aragon Cottage; together with the retrospective change of use of land, and retention of existing boundary treatments and access gates (amended description). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.

26/1332/HSE/MT: Barn Cottage, Grange Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8DY. Erection of 2x pergolas within side and rear amenity space and insertion of 1x conservation rooflight to existing entrance porch roof. Reason: Conservation Area.

26/1373/FUL/MT: 14 The Rose Walk, Radlett, WD7 7JS. Demolition of existing detached dwelling and garage to facilitate construction of new detached dwelling with habitable loft accommodation and basement level. Landscaping works to include installation of basement level terrace with light well above. Reason: Conservation Area.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation.
