26/1263/HSE/TW: 11 Juniper Gardens, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9LA. Single storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.
26/0792/REM/MCO: 49 Longview And Land To The Rear, London Road, Shenley. Approval of reserved matters pursuant to permission 23/1795/OUT comprising details of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for 103 no. retirement dwellings, an integrated community facility, open spaces, internal roads and paths, parking and garaging, drainage and other associated works and infrastructure. Reason: Major development affecting the setting of a Conservation Area and listed buildings.
26/1257/FUL/HHO: Land South Of Wilton End Cottage, Radlett Lane, Shenley. Construction of three detached dwellings and entrance pavilion with associated access, parking and hard and soft landscaping. Reason: Affecting the setting of a Listed Building.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
