h) Variation of Condition 23 (approved layout) and Condition 28 (approved plans) of permission 04/03231/STPLF as amended by 26/40090/NONMAT (Change of use of part of existing production nursery into a retail garden centre together with extension to existing permitted garden centre) to allow for new design layout at Coletta and Tyson Nurseries and Garden Centre 324 Hull Road Woodmansey HU17 0RU (Ref: 26/02487/VAR)
