Proposed Development: Change of use of land for the creation of 6 gypsy/traveller pitches, comprising the siting of 6 mobile homes, 6 touring caravans, the erection of 6 dayrooms, hard standing, fencing, landscaping and the formation of a new access road to Alms Heath (part retrospective).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Knight, Cawley et al have appealed to the Secretary of State against the decision of Guildford Borough Council in respect of the above development. Planning Inspectorate Appeal Reference: 6008422

Any owner of any of the land or any tenant of an agricultural holding who wishes to make representations concerning the appeal should make them to the Planning Inspectorate, quoting Appeal Reference 6008422.
