NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Land South of Ansty, Hinckley Road, Warwickshire, CV7 9JF

Take notice that application is being made by: Barjane International Group Limited

For planning permission to: Erection of a storage and distribution warehouse for use within Class B8 with ancillary office, landscaping and ecological enhancements, site contouring, earth bunds, drainage, footways, access roads, surface car parking, cycle parking, construction and vehicular ingress/egress and associated utility and infrastructure works.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Rugby Borough Council

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council by: 06/11/2026

In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure***, any representations made by the owner* or tenant** to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
