26/00948/FUL - Land East Of Vicarage Road, Vicarage Road, Sunbury-on-Thames TW16 7LB - Erection of 158 residential units (Use Class C3) including affordable housing with public realm, open space, landscaping, car parking and cycle parking facilities, SuDS infrastructure including attenuation basin, associated refuse and servicing, internal access roads and cycle/pedestrian pathways, electricity substation, boundary treatments and all associated infrastructure and engineering works.
This application is a major application and departure from development plan.
