Ref: DMPA/2026/1206 (Affects a public right of way) Engineering operations to create an earth banked slurry lagoon at Bank Top Farm, Main Street, Repton, DE65 6FB 

Ref: DMPA/2026/1232 (Affects a conservation area; Affects a listed building) Listed Building Consent for replacement of existing window & amending doorway to fit French doors at Elms Farm Cottage, Trent Lane, Kings Newton, Derby, DE73 8BT 

Ref: DMPA/2026/1344 (Affects a conservation area) Listed Building Consent for the installation of a groundmounted solar PV array (50no. panels) with associated battery storage & inverter equipment & replacement of an existing electric vehicle charge point with a higher-capacity unit at 54 Main Street, Newton Solney, Burton-on-Trent, DE15 0SJ

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)

This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
