Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) – Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Residential-led development comprising the erection of dwellinghouses, together with industrial units, formation of vehicular access from Strathore Road, internal road network and footways, car parking, landscaping and SUDS/green space, and associated infrastructure works.
The event will take place on Thursday 22nd October 2026 between 4pm and 8pm at the Thornton Bowling Club, Station Road, Thornton, Kirkcaldy KY1 4AY. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Fife Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Fife Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
