I give notice that R Howard is applying to Bassetlaw District Council for planning permission to Erect Four Poultry Buildings and Associated Infrastructure, Construct New Access.
Application details including the Environmental Statement, plans and supporting information are available to view on our website https://www.bassetlaw.gov.uk/planningand-building/planning-services/comment-track-andview-current-applications/ Any person who wishes to make representations must do so preferably by email to planning@bassetlaw.gov.uk or you can submit comments on-line at https://www.bassetlaw.gov.uk/planning-andbuilding/planning-services// Internet Access is available to view the complete application between 9.00am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Fridays at the Council Offices, Retford or Queens Buildings, Worksop.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement, from Acorus Rural Property Services Ltd, Addlepool Business Centre, Woodbury Road, Exeter, EX3 0NR. A fee of £75 is charged for a hard copy of the report to account for the cost of reproducing and postage. Copies of the ES will otherwise be available at the planning department of Bassetlaw District Council.
Representations should be received no later than 30 days from the date given below (excluding Bank Holidays), we cannot guarantee to act upon comments received after this date. Please note that any comments you make in writing will be available for inspection by any interested person and that your address may be displayed on the Council’s Planning website as a person commenting on this application. In the event of the application being subject to an Appeal you should be aware that your representations will be copied and sent to the Inspectorate who may publish details of your comments on the internet.
