Land at Halifax Road, Staincliffe, Batley
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of land at Halifax Road, Staincliffe, Batley WF17 7BA, including the granting of a right of way, which may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: D26-08), Kirklees Council, PO Box 1720, HD1 9EL no later than 29th October 2026, giving full reasons for such objection.
