What is planned?
BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Environmental Impact
Assessment Development, major development proposed,
development likely to create wider interest, affects the setting or
route of a Public Right of Way, affects the setting of a Conservation
Area and a listed building and departure from development plan.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of
the Development Plan in force in the area in which and to which
the application site is situated.
Notice is hereby given that the following planning application has been
submitted to Buckinghamshire Council and is accompanied by an
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Any person wishing to make representations on the application should
submit their comments in writing to the Head of Planning within
30 days of the date of publication of this notice.

Proposal: Demolition of existing changing block and removal of tennis
courts at Farnham Park Playing Fields and development comprising
enhanced community sports facilities and community sports hub
building including changing facilities and associated ancillary uses
such as café and office uses, floodlit 3G football pitch, floodlit padel
courts, walking route, landscaping and associated works; change of
use of part of South Buckinghamshire Golf Course (Class F2) to football
training facility (Sui Generis), and development comprising football
pitches, performance centre building, indoor training pitch, spectator
seating, maintenance facilities, parking, cycle parking, access roads,
service and delivery areas, alterations to existing access arrangements,
public right of way and permissive path works, drainage and
attenuation features, floodlighting, landscaping, boundary treatments
and associated works; and reconfiguration and development of
remainder of golf course to provide revised golf course layout including
practice range and academy course.
