P2026/2377/LBC - 55 Clerkenwell Close, London, EC1R 0EA - Request to add a lead capping to the external cornice at the very top of our house, as advised by our surveyor. Our cornice is failing due to prolonged exposure to the elements and would benefit (after a like-for-like refurbishment) from this protection. This lead capping would run across the length of our external cornice, where the house looks out onto Clerkenwell Close - as our neighbours at the Crown Tavern already have installed. The lead capping will not be visible from ground level and would be unlikely to be conspicuous from a height as the facade is already painted in a grey tone.

P2026/2445/FUL & P2026/2446/LBC - 45 St Peter's Street, London, N1 8JP - Rerendering and new roof to closet wing, recladding of dormer structure, new rear entrance door, new window to dormer, recladding of external rear steps. Amalgamation of two flats into a single dwellinghouse. (Listed Building Consent P2026/2446/LBC also submitted).

P2026/2498/FUL & P2026/2497/LBC - 12 Bingham Street, London, N1 2QQ - Construction of single storey rear extension. Installation of new rooflights and enlargement of existing roof access hatch. Installation of rear patio and steps and replacement paving to front path and steps. Installation of boiler flue and mechanical kitchen extract. Repairs to roof and brickwork, retrofitting windows with double glazing. Internal alterations including installation of a fireplace, flooring, joinery, damp proofing, fixtures and fittings, partitions, mouldings and details.

One small, non-illuminated sign installed in the internal courtyard, adjacent to the main entrance into the building from the courtyard. P2026/2438/LBC also submitted.

P2026/2415/FUL - Flat 3, 83 Newington Green Road, London, N1 4QX - Replacement of front and rear dormers and installation of 1 no. skylight to side roof slope.

P2026/2563/FUL - Flat A, 34 Anson Road, London, N7 0AB - Installation of outbuilding in rear garden in place of two existing sheds.
