Proposed development at Land at Sladburys Lane, Clacton, Essex, CO15 4FB

I give notice that Pigeon Land Holdings & Pigeon (Holland On Sea) Ltd having applied to the Tendring District Council

To Outline Planning Application (Access to be considered) - Residential development for up to 350 dwellings (Use Class C3) and a country park area, including landscaping, public open space, sustainable drainage systems and all other associated infrastructure and works.

Is appealing to the Secretary of State against the decision of the Council or the failure of the Council to give notice of a decision

*"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).

**"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
