THE BOROUGH OF TEWKESBURY (PUBLIC FOOTPATH EL07) SECTION 257 DIVERSION ORDER 2025

On the 1st October 2026 the Council for the Borough of Tewkesbury made the above Order. The effect of the Order is to divert the public footpath (EL07 Innsworth) situated between points A (OS Grid Reference SO 8509, 2114) and F (OS Grid Reference SO 8526, 2111) which measures approximately 178 metres in length as shown on the Order map.

A copy of the Order and map (reference: 25/00820/FTP) can be viewed online, at the Council’s website at: https://publicaccess.tewkesbury.gov.uk or in person, at Tewkesbury Borough Council, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury GL20 5TT from 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Fridays. Please book an appointment before visiting the Council offices by email at Development.Applications@tewkesbury.gov.uk.

Copies of the Order and map may be purchased at a cost of £1.00.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent by email to Development.Applications@tewkesbury.gov.uk or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Development Management, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Gloucester Road, Tewkesbury, GL20 5TT, stating the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council for the Borough of Tewkesbury may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
