Application seeks approval for Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale in relation to the construction of new buildings for B8 ‘Storage or Distribution’ use; with associated open space and associated highway works, ground works, sustainable drainage systems, services infrastructure and associated works”, and the application is a subsequent application to an EIA application and is accompanied by further information in relation to an environmental statement.

Following receipt of the application, updated plans and reports have been received from the applicant in order to address comments previously made on the submitted application.
