Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Affects the Character of a Conservation Area, Application: 38/26/0251: Conversion of 1 No. dwelling to form 4 No. flats with associated works at 16 Elm Grove, Taunton.

Application: 49/26/0038: Erection of a single storey outbuilding with three bays to include garaging and cold store at Bear Inn, 10 North Street, Wiveliscombe.

Affects the Setting of Listed Building, Application: 38/26/0255/A Display of a double-sided internally illuminated digital advertisement screen, mounted on a floor-standing metal framework at 60 East Street, Taunton.

Listed Building Consent, Application: 43/26/0060/LB: Replacement of 9 No. sash windows on a like for like basis at the front of The Mount, 21 High Street, Wellington.

Application: 3/07/26/013: Proposed conversion of garage to form granny annex at Tythe Barn Cottage, Crowcombe Road, Crowcombe, Taunton, TA4 4AQ.

Listed Building and/or in a Conservation Area, Application: 3/26/26/014: Replacement of existing top layers of wheat thatch with water reed at South Lodge, Cleeve Park, Old Cleeve, Watchet, Minehead, TA24 6HZ.

The applications can be viewed online www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-west or at Council Offices & libraries. Comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email planningwest@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Somerset Planning West, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY within 21 days (quote the application number). Please include your name, postal & email address for your comments to be recorded. Responses will be made available for public inspection.
