I give notice that Hatford Quarry Ltd, The Upper Lime Kiln Works, Ogbourne St George, Nr Marlborough, Wiltshire, SN8 1TD is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by MW.0091/21 (Revised restoration using imported inert infill materials at Hatford Quarry) without complying with condition 2 (restoration deadline), in order to extend the date by which the site must be restored in accordance with the approved restoration scheme from 30th September 2026 to 31st December 2030, to allow the continued use of existing water management lagoons required to support mineral processing operations prior to restoration at Hatford Quarry, Fenham Road, Hatford, Faringdon, SN7 8JQ.
