Notice is hereby given that the above proposed development is subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and that an EIA Report has been submitted to Comhairle nan Eilean Siar to inform the planning application for the above proposal.
During a period of 30 days, beginning with the date of this Notice, a copy of the EIA Report and other documents submitted with the application may be examined:

Any person who wishes to make representations to the planning application and/or the EIA Report, may do so, by the expiry of 30 days of the date of this Notice, by:

Any subsequent submission of substantive information about a matter in the EIA Report shall be advertised in this publication and published on the Comhairle website/online planning portal under reference 26/00239/PPW.
The possible decisions which Comhairle nan Eilean Siar may take in relation to the application are to grant planning permission, to grant planning permission with conditions or to refuse permission.
